What we do

MerchPadel makes padel rackets with your own design on them. For a player who wants their name on their racket, for a club that needs thirty rackets for a clinic, and for a company looking for corporate gifts that do not disappear into a drawer. There is one racket, a teardrop with a closed throat and 52 holes, in three materials: 3K, 12K and 18K carbon, each with its own price. We deliver to every EU country. Shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany is always free, to the other EU countries from two rackets.

Why made to order and not from stock

A racket off the shelf with a sticker on it stays a racket with a sticker on it. We have every racket made by our production partner first and then printed across the whole head, on both sides. That takes longer: allow three to five weeks from your approval of the print proof. It is also the reason you really can order just one.

You see it before it is printed

Every order gets a digital print proof to approve, free, even for a single piece. It shows your design on the print zone of the racket, with the perforations over it, so you can see whether a hole runs through your logo. Only when you approve does it go into production. Until then you can cancel free of charge.

What we are honest about

Rackets with your design are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. That is exactly why you always get a print proof first, and why we warn you if a file you send is too small or has lines that are too fine. If something is still wrong with the print or the racket, we put it right. Prices are on the site, including the volume discounts, so you do not need to request a quote first to know where you stand.

Where the information on this site comes from

The dimensions and specifications on the product pages come from the specifications and drawings of our production partner. The print zone on the site is an indication. The exact zone comes from the factory print file, and you see it on your print proof.

Prices are calculated on our server and never taken from your browser, not even on an accepted quote. On a business order within the EU we check the VAT number with VIES; if that check fails or the service is unavailable, we charge VAT.

What we refuse

We do not publish reviews that did not come from customers. As long as there are no genuine reviews, there is no average and there are no stars. We do not print a file that we can see is too low in resolution or has lines that are too fine without telling you first. And we never print anything before you have approved the print proof, not even in a hurry.

Spotted something wrong

If there is anything on this site that is not right, a dimension, a price, a delivery time or a claim about the product, email info@merchpadel.com with the address of the page. We will correct it or explain why it is there. Corrections take priority over new pages.
