Order by Monday 2 November and it arrives by Friday 18 December at the latest. With express delivery (€29.00 per order) you can order until Sunday 8 November. The lead time is 3 to 5 weeks after you approve the print proof; we plan with the upper end plus margin for the December rush.

Do I get an invoice with VAT?

Yes. You receive an invoice in your company name with VAT shown separately. If you order from another EU country with a valid VAT number, we can apply the reverse charge after checking the number.

Can each racket carry a different name?

Yes. Every racket is printed individually, so the same logo with a different name for each employee is possible. Send the names as one list, exactly as they should appear, and have a colleague check it. You see every name on the print proof before you approve.

How are the rackets packed?

The rackets are packed for transport; from 5 pieces the order ships as one consignment to the address you give us. Gift wrapping is not included as standard. If you want your own packaging or split deliveries, add it to the special requests in your quote request.

I am too late for Christmas. What now?

Give a gift card. Choose €50, €100, €150 or your own amount from €25; the card arrives as a PDF right after payment and is valid for 12 months. The recipient then chooses the design.
