Shipping and delivery time
Every product is made and printed to order. That takes time, and that time is explained honestly below.
How the delivery time adds up
- After your order you receive the digital print proof for approval by email within 1 working day, with the holes on top. With your own design from the editor, we make it from the print file of your racket. The factory then places it on its own template; if anything differs, you will hear from us.
- After your approval the racket goes into production and is printed.
- As soon as the parcel is on its way you get a track and trace code.
The sooner you approve the print proof, the sooner the clock starts.

Shipping costs
Free EU delivery from 2 rackets. The exact shipping cost for your country appears at checkout as soon as you choose it. We ship with a recognised parcel carrier (for example PostNL, DHL or DPD, depending on the country), with a tracking code.
For a single racket, shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany is free; to the other EU countries it costs €9.95.
Choose express delivery at checkout and €29.00 per order is added on top of shipping.
We deliver to all 27 EU countries. We do not deliver outside the EU for now; if you live there, please get in touch.
Deadline?
Does your order have to arrive on a fixed date, for a tournament or an event? Mention it with your order or email us beforehand, and we first confirm whether it is feasible before you pay.
