Volume pricing applies per design and per model. The total is the quantity times the unit price including 21% VAT; the amounts excluding VAT are derived from it and can differ by a few cents. Shipping is free to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Germany, and to the other EU countries from 2 rackets. From 200 pieces we make a custom quote.

No design ready? Our designer puts your logo on the racket. We make small changes until it is right; the design costs nothing.
Print proof
A digital print proof in your inbox within 1 working day, with the racket’s holes drawn in. Nothing is printed without your approval.
Production and delivery
After approval it takes 3 to 5 weeks for the rackets to arrive. Need it faster? Express delivery costs €29.00 per order. From 5 pieces everything ships as one parcel to the address you give us.

Reverse charge in the EU
Is your company based in an EU country other than the Netherlands? Enter your VAT number. We check it with VIES, the European Commission’s database, and then apply the reverse charge. Dutch companies pay 21% VAT.
Quote as a PDF
A quote comes as a PDF, in your company name and with a fixed price per piece. It is valid for 14 days; you approve and pay through the link in the quote.

- How much does a padel racket with our company logo cost?
- A MerchPadel 3K costs €99.00 per racket including VAT at 25 pieces (€81.82 excluding), and €64.00 at 100 pieces (€52.89 excluding). Design and print proof are free. From 200 pieces we make a quote.
- What is the minimum order?
- One piece. From 5 pieces the price per racket drops, and from 200 pieces we make a custom quote.
- Do we get a VAT invoice, and can you apply the reverse charge?
- Yes. You get an invoice in your company name with VAT shown separately. If the company is based in an EU country other than the Netherlands and the VAT number is valid in VIES, we apply the reverse charge. Dutch companies pay 21% VAT.
- How long until the rackets arrive?
- You get the print proof within 1 working day. After your approval it takes 3 to 5 weeks. Express delivery costs €29.00 per order.
- We only have a logo. Who makes the design?
- Our designer, free of charge. Send the logo, ideally as SVG or PDF, and tell us what the rackets are for. You get a proposal as a print proof and we adjust it until it is right.
